How do I track my order?

If you have a Blankish account you can view the current status of your order by logging in and viewing My Orders.

All products are shipped with a tracking number provided by Australia Post which is sent to your email when the order has been shipped. If you selected Route+ Tracking & Protection, you can track your order Live in the Route App

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, your items will be on their way to dispatch. This means cancellations aren’t possible.

When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email from us with your Australia Post Tracking Details.

Unauthorised usage of Afterpay, Zippay & Other payment providers

We take the online security of our customers very seriously. All reports of fraud will result in such activity being reported immediately to ACORN and the Australian Federal Police, as well as the payment service that was used. This may result in the closure/suspension of the account during the investigation. No refunds or store credits will be issued in cases of unauthorised usage of the payment services unless Blankish is instructed by ACORN, the AFP or relevant authorities to do so at the conclusion of their investigation.

What can I return and when?

Before returning an item, please check to see whether it meets the following conditions.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  reasonable requests.
Items must be unworn or in their original condition.
You must provide proof of purchase
Postage must be covered to send the item back to us – Purchases made with PayPal may be eligible for a refund on shipping costs
You MUST include your postage receipt INSIDE the satchel. If you do not we cannot refund the postage for you.
You must use an standard postage satchel suitable for the size you are returning. Oversize or express postage satchels are not covered by this returns policy
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
All returns must be approved before you return the items

Nonreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

To allow customers to shop with confidence. Blankish works with PayPal to offer you free return shipping for items that meet our returns criteria.

To check your eligibility and activate your free return shipping service please follow the link below. The free return shipping service is run by PayPal and all claims for return shipping refunds are between the customer and PayPal as per the terms & conditions of the service.

To be eligible, customers must use their PayPal account during checkout. Customers using alternative payment methods are not eligible for free return shipping from paypal

When you place an order at you get a free shipping coupon for Blankish.

  • When you order, a coupon code will be generated at within 1hour. There will be no notification of this. If your coupon is not working at, Get in touch with My Little Threads
  • Use your 6 digit MLT order number as your free shipping coupon code
  • Each coupon code is linked to your Billing Email address used for your My Little Threads order – You may need to create an account at Blankish
  • Each coupon code is Valid for 24 hours or midnight the same day as your My Little Threads order, which ever comes first

What is GSM?

A common question asked by customers, often when shopping for clothing is the meaning behind the GSM label in fabrics.

GSM in fabric, also known as grams per square metre is simply the metric measurement of the weight of a fabric. This measurement helps one decide on the best weight to buy depending on what you intend to use if for.

The higher the GSM number, the denser or thicker the fabric will be. For example, if  the thickness is 220 GSM it is perfect for cooler days whilst being not too hot on warmer days as it is cotton and cotton does breathe.180 GSM on the other hand is perfect for those scortching hot summers as it is a more lightweight and airy material.

Some other brands offer a 90GSM fabric weight which is very thin and sometimes alsmost sheer and they dont tend to last a long with repeated washes and wear unfortuantely – which means they end up in landfill 🙁

All our bodysuits, tops, flutters & headbands are 180GSM or 220GSM depending on the colour. See our colour guide to see the fabric weight of each colour.
